Today Ramin Fatehi filed the paperwork necessary to qualify officially for the June 8, 2021, Democratic primary for Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney. In a drawing by lot, Ramin’s name was chosen to appear first on the ballot.
“I am grateful to my campaign team who made it possible for us to reach this important milestone,” said Ramin, “And I am just as grateful to the people who helped me collect signatures and to the Norfolk voters who put pen to paper to ensure that Norfolk’s Democratic voters would have the opportunity to help me serve our City.”
Early voting for the Democratic primary begins April 24, and Primary Day is June 8.
