11 days remain in the early-voting period, and Election Day is in exactly two weeks (Tuesday, June 17th)! Make a plan to vote, whether early or on Election Day. Ask your family, friends, and neighbors about their plans to vote. Help them get to the polls if you can. We’re in this together, and we’ll win this together.

In-person voting:

  • In-person early voting continues through Saturday, June 14th.
  • You can vote during business hours (9 AM–5 PM) from Monday through Friday at the Office of Elections at City Hall.
  • The polls will also be open at City Hall from 9 to 5 this coming Saturday, June 7th, and on the last day of early voting, Saturday, June 14th.
  • If you’re not registered to vote, Virginia has same-day registration! Once you register, you can cast a provisional ballot.

Absentee voting:

  • If you already have your ballot, please fill it out now. Make sure to follow all of the printed instructions.
  • Once your ballot is complete, you can mail it; drop it off at the Office of Elections during business hours; or put it in a drop box at your polling place on Election Day.
  • If you still need a ballot, you can submit your application before 5 PM on Friday, June 6th by visiting the Virginia Department of Elections Citizen Portal.
  • And if you’ve already submitted your ballot—thank you!—you can check its status using the Virginia Department of Elections Absentee Ballot Tracking System.
